My Scope of Practice
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) specializing in relationship coaching.
Please be advised that Catherine Roebuck is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed for personal growth, communication enhancement, and relationship optimization. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is not a clinical healthcare service; it does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders as defined by the DSM-5.
Rates & Payment
As Catherine Roebuck Coaching, I operate on a fee-for-service basis.
This model allows for privacy and flexibility, and your records are not shared with insurance databases.
Hourly Rates: Couples and individual sessions are billed at $325/hour.
Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of each session.
Accepted Methods: I accept all major credit cards and electronic payments via my secure scheduling portal.

Insurance Policy
Because coaching is considered an educational and personal development service rather than a medically necessary treatment, Catherine Roebuck Coaching does not accept health insurance.
Please note, I do not offer the following:
Superbills: I cannot provide superbills or clinical documentation for insurance reimbursement.
NPI & Diagnostic Codes: As a non-clinical practice, I do not have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or any ICD-10 diagnostic codes.
Third-Party Billing: I don’t communicate with insurance companies or third-party payers regarding your sessions.
HSA/FSA Eligibility
While most standard insurance plans do not cover coaching, some clients are able to use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if their provider deems the coaching to be for "health and wellness."
I recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility before using these funds.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your time is reserved for you, so please note that I ask for 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged the full hourly rate.
