Welcome to Catherine Roebuck Coaching
Relationship Coaching for Committed Couples Who Want Deeper Erotic and Emotional Connection
Hi, I’m Catherine. Welcome to my relationship coaching practice, where committed couples can do more than manage conflict.
I draw on over a decade of studying love, sex, and mindfulness, and I work with courageous people who seek deeper passion, and trust, and heart-opening connection beyond the honeymoon stage.
My approach integrates love, sex, and mindfulness traditions rather than teaching couples to fight more politely.
Are you ready for extraordinary love?
Do you long for deeper passion and trust?
Do you want to find out how good marriage can get?
Who Is This Practice For?
This practice is for committed couples past the honeymoon stage. You and your partner are not in an active crisis, and you both want more than conflict management.
I offer this practice to partners who feel stable together but want to deepen erotic intimacy and emotional connection as a shared next step.
Meet Catherine
I was born in Paris (the City of Love!), and have devoted my life to learning how love really works.
Drawing on over a decade of studying love, sex, and mindfulness, I offer a radically hopeful relationship-coaching approach that goes beyond learning to fight more politely or mimicking the naive warmth of the honeymoon stage.
I bring you into the realm of transcendent sex and heart-opening connection.
I help committed couples grow into love that ages like fine wine.
Professional Consultation
In addition to working with couples and individuals, I offer case consultation and written mental dialogue consultation to therapists and coaches who want to incorporate the Crucible approach into their practice.
What is Relationship Coaching?
My relationship coaching practice is intended for committed couples past the honeymoon stage who want more than conflict-management skills and are open to erotic and emotional depth.
Where research-based couples therapy centers on communication repair and conflict management, my practice explicitly goes beyond learning to fight more politely, to targeting transcendent sex and heart-opening connection as the primary outcome.
I draw on over a decade of studying love, sex, and mindfulness as the foundation of my work.
I offer coaching, not clinical therapy, so couples in active crisis or needing clinical treatment should begin with a licensed therapist.
If you want to explore our fit, submit an inquiry to begin a conversation.
Should We Choose Relationship Coaching or Couples Therapy?
Work with me in this coaching practice if you and your partner want erotic and emotional depth as the primary outcome, and choose a licensed therapist if you need crisis stabilization or clinical repair.
Couples in active conflict or crisis may want to begin with a licensed therapist for clinical repair, while couples who feel emotionally safe together but sense erotic or emotional distance will find this coaching practice designed for exactly that gap.
Couples who already feel good together and want to keep growing also fit well here.
My practice draws on over a decade of studying love, sex, and mindfulness as its foundation.
Keep in mind: coaching is not a substitute for licensed clinical treatment when needed, and I support you and your partner in whatever path is best for you and your relationship.
How Is My Coaching Different?
My Coaching takes a different path than many relationship-focused coaches.
Many couples therapies focus on conflict management, repairing communication, and building relationship skills.
By drawing on love, sex, and mindfulness to go beyond learning to fight more politely and toward transcendent sex and heart-opening connection as the primary outcome. I create an honest tradeoff:
Couples can choose erotic and emotional depth rather than crisis stabilization.
A trained therapist, for example, is a better fit if you need conflict de-escalation or clinical repair.
